WHAT WE BUILD

Structural monitoring

Measurement systems working in real time. Sensors on the structure, data in your browser, an automatic alarm the moment a threshold is crossed.

About structural monitoring systems?

We design, install and commission measurement systems on building structures. We measure what decides structural safety: strain, displacement, snow and wind load, inclination. The data goes to a platform you open in a browser, and crossing an alarm threshold triggers a notification. We design monitoring together with the structure — as a contractor building roofs and halls, we know which part of the system needs watching.

Key advantages

Measurement instead of guesswork

Strain, deflection, snow load, column inclination, temperature and humidity. We match the sensor set to the structural system, not the other way round.

An alarm before it turns dangerous

Alarm thresholds come from the structural design. Once crossed, the system sends a notification — the facility manager knows the same day, not at the next inspection.

One contractor for structure and measurement

We design and build roofs, halls and steel structures. Monitoring goes into the same contract — no responsibility split between two companies.

Applications

Where we take measurements

Halls and large-span buildings
Stadiums and grandstands
Membrane and air-supported structures
Steel and reinforced concrete structures
ETFE structures
Amphitheatres and cultural venues

Monitoring — special cases

Heritage buildings follow their own rules, and a running system needs looking after

How a deployment runs

From documentation to a working system

01

Reading the documentation

We study the structural design and the requirements, then decide what to measure and where.

02

System design

Sensor selection, layout of measurement points, alarm thresholds, transmission method.

03

Installation on site

Mounting sensors and infrastructure, also on a building already in use.

04

Commissioning

Calibration of the measurement chain, alert configuration, training for the facility team.

05

Looking after the system

Inspections, reports and support with alarms throughout the service life.

Let's talk about your project

Is monitoring required in your design or tender documents? Send us the documentation — we will define the measurement scope and prepare a quotation.
