A drifting sensor or a gateway out of range does not report a fault — it simply stops sending data, and the building is left unwatched. Maintenance closes that gap: we inspect and calibrate sensors, keep the measurement history available, prepare reports and help interpret an alarm when one fires. We also take over systems installed by other contractors.

Platform and data looked after
Continuous access to data, backups of measurements and an unbroken history of the building. The record survives a change of manager.
Inspections and calibration
Periodic checks of sensors, power supply and transmission. Damaged parts are replaced and the measurement chain recalibrated — results stay comparable over time.
Support when an alarm fires
A crossed threshold is a question, not a verdict. We help read the data and decide whether it was weather, a faulty sensor, or a matter for the structural engineer.
