ETFE (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene) is an ultra-light fluoropolymer foil with exceptional transparency — it transmits over 95% of light at one hundredth of the weight of glass. Pneumatic ETFE cushion systems provide excellent thermal insulation alongside a striking visual effect. We design, fabricate and install ETFE structures for stadiums, shopping centres, botanical gardens and public buildings.

Key advantages
Ultra-light and transparent
ETFE foil weighs just 0.35 kg/m² at 200 μm thickness — 100 times lighter than glass. It transmits over 95% of light, providing natural daylight indoors.
Cushion-system insulation
ETFE pneumatic cushions (2–5 layers) provide thermal insulation comparable to double glazing at a fraction of the weight. Pressure is regulated automatically.
Self-cleaning and durable
The ETFE surface is non-stick — dirt and snow slide off on their own. The foil is UV-resistant and doesn't yellow. Service life exceeds 30 years.
